I believe we create our own lives. In my coaching programs I facilitate and empower people to move away from the victim perspective and into their authentic self. I do this by helping you remove judgment, blame, shame and guilt. I use Body Processes, Access Bars, and Talk Sessions to clear your mental, physical and energetic space. This, in turn, frees up space and energy so you can step into a place where you're honoring yourself and your gifts. This journey will allow you to access what gifts you have and are that contribute to our planet.
