Access Body Processes
An Access Consciousness Body Process is a hands-on method that uses different hand placements on various positions on the body and then asking specific energies to run at each spot. Some body processes address specific conditions or ailments and others focus on more overall health and relaxation. Many times we lock things into place that no matter what we do, we just can’t change.
These processes address those things, facilitating the body back into its original functions and can create more ease with and in your body, increased awareness, better communication with your body assisting with the repairing and longevity of the body.
